The Smart Lighting project is the first of their kind in Germany. As energy-saving solar lights, they have a high added value for the citizens.
The lights illuminate the park and at the same time create a stable public WLAN infrastructure for fast Internet via access points in the luminary, so that all citizens could connect.
The lights have many other smart functions, such as traffic and parking guidance systems, integrated sensors for recording data such as humidity and particulate matter, but also city news, tourist information and advertising.
