The devices transfer data in real time to the Wi4B Westire Smart City iLCS CMS Platform, allowing it to log, report and alert remotely all the electrical feeder pillar parameters, exporting them easily in common formats. It allows failure management with exact identification of sections affected by failures. It is possible to monitor and evaluate the voltage quality characteristics (current) etc.

We deployed 1,200 photocell nodes in city streetlights to adapt the light intensity according to traffic flow and weather conditions. This generated approximately 50% significant energy savings after replacing old streetlight luminaries from traditional HID streetlights to LED streetlights.
