Handheld Analysers

By using our handheld analysers, we remove the need for several devices to be carried by streetlight maintenance contractors for diagnosing luminaire problems or correct performance.

Westire’s ANSI/NEMA Handheld Analyser commissioning and diagnostic device verifies the type of LED driver installed within an LED luminaire and measures the volts, amps, watts and power factor.

Streetlight Maintenance

The Westire Zhaga Handheld DALI MCU Analyser is designed for Zhaga Book 18 D4i LED luminaire diagnostics and performance valuation. Like the ANSI/NEMA handheld analyser this Zhaga DALI innovative handheld meter is designed to test the switching on/off, dimming, voltage, amps, current, watts, and power factor of streetlight Zhaga type LED luminaires in the workshop.

The analyser displays AC volts, amps, watts, and power factor in two modes: continuous in auto cycling or fixed universal mode, within an operating range of 85-264V AC (47-63Hz) (Measurement Category II). These measurements are essential for use in the workshop prior to the installation of the streetlight luminaire or after repairs. Our analysers have been designed to assist in commissioning and testing, including photocell functionality and maintenance diagnostics.

Along with developing world first and world class lighting control products the company also develops industry changing streetlight commissioning and diagnostic technologies so as to simplify streetlight commissioning and maintenance. Both handheld analysers have been developed to minimise the number of tools needed in the field and carried in the maintenance contractor’s toolbox, both Westire’s ANSI/NEMA Handheld Analyser and the Westire Zhaga Handheld DALI MCU Analyser is easy to operate in the workshop or in the field.
